We check every minute by default. The first failed check sends the alert, so the frequency is how long a problem can go unnoticed at most.

Pick an interval
- •Every minute — your shop, your API, anything where every minute of downtime costs money.
- •Every 2 or 5 minutes — company websites and internal tools.
- •Every 15 minutes — blogs, documentation, or APIs that limit how often they may be called.

Change it
Set it in the options step when adding the endpoint, or later under Check Frequency in the Configuration card, then click Save Changes.
A health-check address (
/health) is cheap to call, so checking it every minute costs your server almost nothing.
